Do You Buy Web Site Traffic to Create Profits On-Line

Posted by admin under Buy Better Visitors

Traffic Building

You might already be buying traffic or leads from a well known source in your niche market, and whether you are a newbie or a veteran internet marketer, you have asked yourself again -

“Should I buy more web site traffic?

You already know you must have enough online visitors to your site, and they must be willing to buy what you offer before you can create profits online.

More Web Site Traffic is better, right? Not necessarily!

You think, if you could just buy more web site traffic , you would make more money, but it just never seems to work out that way… the more web site traffic you buy the more your advertising costs seem to be usually.

Here is one way to increase your profits when you can’t increase web site traffic for whatever reason?

Increase your conversion rate by targeting the best quality leads at the lowest cost.

Can you figure out how to get 60 sales from 2000 visitors instead of 3000 that you broke even at with a PPC campaign

That is only a 1% change in the conversion rate:

60 sales/2% conversion = 3000 visitors

60 sales/3% conversion = 2000 visitors

Assuming each sale was worth $20, that’s $1200/3000 = $0.40 cost per visitor

So 2000 visitors x .40 = $800 or a profit of $400 instead of $0 - breaking even

1% improvement in conversion rate results in an exponential increase in profits of $400 in this case.

The point is most internet marketers usually focus on increasing web site traffic rather than improving the results they are getting from the traffic they are already have.

Also if you will add a personally referred traffic source such as article marketing to your campaigns you would reduce the cost of acquiring your visitors, by generating your own high quality visitors which convert better, increasing the rate you can create profits online

Profits are measured in sales results, not by increase in web site traffic!

Importance of Opt in Forms in Your Internet Marketing Website

In order for your visitors to be able to opt in to your list, you must have an opt in form on your web pages. This might seem so simple that it should not even be included in this writing, but think about this.

If you have a web page that converts at for example, 1%, then for every 100 visitors that comes to your website, you will get 1 of them to by from you. Now the other 99 visitors will probably never buy from you. They will leave, and even if they wanted to buy something from you, would probably be unable to remember how they got to your web site in the first place, so they could buy from you if they wanted to.

Now imagine that instead of losing your visitors like that, you could have a percentage of the visitors who leave your website, opt in to your email list, and be emailed a reminder to visit your site in the future. Of course, you would be building a relationship with them, too, but for the sake of the example, they would be opting in so you could reintroduce them to your website in the future.

Imagine if 10 % of your web visitors were to opt in to your list, and over time, 25% of them were to purchase from you. That would mean that your total conversion rate on your website would be around 3.5 %, a 350% increase over just letting the visitors leave without giving them a chance to opt in to your email list.
